- The functionality and ease of use you need to ensure that conditions are complied with and breaches identified before they escalate
- Records the evidence you need to support problem resolution through negotiation
- Records comprehensive information on actions, visits and prescriptions relevant to the applications that have been made for a site/group of sites
- Prescriptions can split into parts that can be independently monitored and discharged
- The details of visits and actions are recorded and, if related to an Enforcements case, the Enforcements record can be linked in and the detail viewed as can the detail of any complaints lodged that have led to action
- Consultees/ Contacts and any prescriptions that are relevant to them are selected from drop down lists for easy letter production. The system maintains a document diary of all correspondence and replies.
- Media files including video files and scanned documents can be attached to the Site Monitoring record proving helpful additional evidence in the event of dispute
