Our Pre-Application Enquiries module is designed to help Authorities achieve Government Planning objectives and further improvements in Customer Service by ensuring consistent quality in advice and decision making and alleviating the need for repetitive research.
The module provides a quick reference guide by recording the typically very detailed questions posed by developers and other third parties before a Planning Application is lodged and the Department's response to these. Pre-Applications complements Guidance notes and predictive "Frequently Asked Questions" which tend to be more generalised.
