Swift LG offers a comprehensive suite of Environmental Services solutions through its subsidiary, DataPro Software Limited.

DataPro's flagship product, Contender StreetScene, is a powerful Performance Monitoring and Contract Management System for ensuring delivery of Best Value in services and contracts. From the outset, Contender StreetScene has been been specified by Local Authorities for use in Local Authorities.

The core system is capable of handling most of the day-to-day activities of a StreetScene department while specialised modules cater for specific functions.

Web based enquiries and reporting enable the Public to participate in the Clean Neighbourhoods initiative. Customer Surveys can be integrated with third party CRM systems to aid benchmarking of service delivery and performance.

A wide range of features designed to streamline services includes remote access for Contractors and mobile working using in cab and hand held devices. Optional interfaces support links to CRM, Geospatial and Accounting Systems and Resource Scheduling facilities.
